Pam George
Pam George, an award-winning writer and editor, has written for US Airways Magazine, Fortune, Men’s Health and the Christian Science Monitor. She is a regular contributor to Go!, AirTran’s in-flight magazine, and she is the dining editor of Delaware Today. Before becoming a full-time writer, she owned a special events and public relations company, Events by George!, and she is the former promotions director of WDEL/WSTW radio stations and the former advertising director of the Carmen Group, an automobile dealership. Along with writing magazines and newspaper articles, she has written and/or edited press releases, capital campaign brochures, case studies, white papers, advertorials and advertising copy—both for print and radio.

Larry Nagengast
Larry Nagengast, a versatile communicator with extensive experience in print media and public relations, works as the group’s chief editor. He is a respected public relations professional who worked as an executive at one of Delaware’s leading public relations firms. He now serves a diverse group of private and non-profit clients. His sensitivity to multicultural issues and his knowledge of business, government and society add depth and understanding to the team. He is a graduate of Fordham University and has a master’s degree in journalism from Northwestern University.

Patricia Rivera
Patricia V. Rivera, an accomplished communicator who has written about a wide range of business-related issues, is the group’s founder and project manager. She began her career as an intern at The New York Times, then joined the staff of The News Journal in Wilmington, Delaware. Later, as a business staff writer for The Dallas Morning News, she reported on the management practices of leading private and public corporations in Texas. Since 2003, she’s used her journalism skills to develop informative and persuasive copy for service-oriented businesses and non-profit organizations throughout Delaware. She holds a B.S. in Communications from the University of Tennessee.

Jerry Weers
Jerry Weers, a skillful artist, oversees the group’s creative graphic designs. A master at using visual communications to help business leaders meet their strategic goals, he has developed logos, corporate visual identities and other collateral for businesses and cultural organizations in the United States. He also regularly exhibits his work at galleries in the Southwest. Jerry holds a B.A. in English from Texas Lutheran College. He later studied at the San Antonio Art Institute and the Scottsdale Artists’ School.
